General Terms and Conditions

1. Platform service

Find My Worker is an intermediary platform. It allows customers to find professionals near them and send them requests.

The contract for carrying out the work is concluded exclusively between the customer and the professional. Find My Worker is not a party to that contract, does not perform any trade services itself and does not represent either party.

2. User account

• An account is required for requests and professional profiles. Login works via a link sent by email.
• Users must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful information.
• The account is personal. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3. Obligations of professionals

• Professionals hold the permits, qualifications and insurance required for their work and comply with the law (in particular labour, social security and tax law).
• Profile information (services, prices, availability) must be correct and up to date.
• Prices must be stated transparently. Any deviations must be agreed with the customer before work begins.
• Before approval, Find My Worker checks a profile for plausibility. This check is no guarantee of quality, qualification or reliability.

4. Obligations of customers

• Requests must be genuine and contain correct information.
• Agreed appointments must be kept or cancelled in good time.
• Payment for the work is made directly to the professional as agreed between the parties.

5. Costs

Using the platform is free of charge for customers. It is currently also free for professionals. Any paid offers (e.g. premium profiles or commissions) will be announced before they are introduced and only apply with explicit consent.

6. Reviews

Reviews can only be submitted for completed jobs and must be based on your own experience. We may remove offensive, false or unlawful reviews.

7. Suspension

We may suspend accounts or profiles temporarily or permanently in case of a breach of these terms or of applicable law, or if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse.

8. Liability

Find My Worker is not liable for the services, information, prices or conduct of professionals, nor for damages arising from the contract between customer and professional.

We strive for high availability of the platform but cannot guarantee it. Otherwise our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law; liability for intent and gross negligence remains reserved.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy.

10. Changes

We may amend these terms. Changes are published on the platform. Continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the operator’s registered office, unless the law provides for a mandatory place of jurisdiction (in particular for consumers).
